Hi 👋 I’m a strategic design and delivery leader with 15+ years helping organisations navigate complexity, scale with clarity, and create human‑centred products and services. My work sits at the intersection of design, product strategy, technology, AI ✨and organisational transformation, grounded in equity, inclusion and culturally safe practice.
My career has evolved from fine art to interaction design to business information systems research, spanning Australia and seven years in the UK. I’ve worked across design, development, UX, research, strategic design, product strategy and organisational transformation, giving me a uniquely end‑to‑end view of how people, technology and systems interact. I lead with clarity, humanity and a systems mindset, helping organisations move through complexity with confidence.
I’ve co‑led global product visions, platform integrations, PDLC transformations, AI ✨ learning curricula and enterprise‑scale capability uplift for organisations including Capgemini Invent, Pluralsight/A Cloud Guru, University of Melbourne, Envato and Publicis Sapient. I specialise in shaping and delivering human‑centred, AI ✨‑enabled products and services across complex systems.
I’m a lifelong learner with formal training in fine art, interaction design and business information systems research. My work has been recognised by Google Anita Borg, IWD at Google and the Premier’s Design Awards, and I’ve spoken at events including Re:Ops, UX Australia and UX Copenhagen. I’ve taught at leading design schools and continue to mentor emerging leaders and help organisations build the capability and culture they need to thrive.
